The American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) collected training information from over 2500 firms and found that companies that offer comprehensive training:


The Reflecting Pool Have 218 percent higher income per employee than those with less comprehensive training,
The Reflecting Pool Enjoy a 24 percent higher profit margin than those who spend less on training, and
The Reflecting Pool Generate a 6 percent higher shareholder return if the training expenditure per employee increases by $680.

   Helping employees apply their talents in their roles is just a first step on the road to your company's continuous improvement. In the long run, selecting and training the right employees will be much more productive than training the wrong ones.

Sometimes you can make a great list of objectives, but there are some problems that training cannot solve. The thing to do is a proper analysis of the situation to know the truth.
